Stained Glass Pattern

These stained glass patterns have been designed for "hand cutting". You can still use a cutting saw if you so choose, but since there have been the appropriate amount of break lines put into the piece, it should allow even those with a more basic understanding and skill level of cutting glass the ability to hand cut each piece of glass within the design. You will find patterns for suncatchers as well as panels and each can be enlarged or reduced by you to fit your project requirements. Please keep in mind that I do offer custom pattern services.

Each pattern will include the verbiage of the Use License specific to that pattern and that verbiage is to remain on each pattern, clear and legible along with all copyright notices.

Each pattern is protected by US Copyright laws along with international copyright laws, also protected by The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works. If you have any questions in regards to the use of our patterns, please EMAIL us.

In general and unless specified otherwise on each pattern once you have purchased the pattern the following applies;

1. Patterns may be reproduced in glass or other artistic mediums for personal use only.

2. Patterns may be incorporated into other designs providing credit is given to the copyright holder (Francis Elder II, PatternsByElder.com)

3. All watermarks, original text, sponsorship mentions and copyright information must remain on the pattern

4. No alterations in the actual design of the pattern may be made.

5. Pattern may be copied, reduced and enlarged by the purchaser of the pattern and permission is given to third party services to provide copy, reduction and enlargement services to the owner of the patter for those purposes.

6. The pattern itself may not be redistributed in any form or resold other than outlined without prior written consent by the copyright owner.

7. Stained glass studios that are teaching studios as well as art departments in public and private schools, once they have purchased a copy of the pattern, may duplicate and distribute the pattern to their students at no additional charge, providing watermarks, text, sponsorship mentions and copyright information remains on patterns and will not provide digital copies and links to such copies that could otherwise be downloaded by non-students, in addition they may not charge their students for these copies.
